LMP-H201 vs LMP-H202 Interchangeable?

Is this lamp interchangeable? I'm seeing these listed together so i'm a little confused. I have the chance to buy a backup lamp, OEM, for very cheap but its the LMP-H201. It would be for PJ HW30ES. Anyone know?

I wouldn't chance it. The 201 is cheap because it was for projectors from 8 years ago. I belive the wattage is different as well.

I am trying to work through this myself as I picked up a used projector where it looks like the prior owner used the H201's in the HW50ES which actually calls for a H202. Having some issues with noise when using the sharpness setting so trying to understand if switching these out might fix the issue.

Found this on the BH Photo Q&A....
It H202 has a different current (0.8) I believe the HW40 had a H201 bulb assembly which was current of (1.0). I can not tell you what will happen if you tried, but I can tell you the housing is identical.

From time to time, the Gene Pool could use a little chlorine ...
