Optoma HD27 Calibration

Hi every one. couple of weeks ago i recieved my Optoma HD27. I have noticed the colors are not too bright as expected. The red and yellow are over exposed which i find difficult to balance. The contrast and brightness are quite good. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Thank you,

Adding to my post.. Screen size is 135" and its ALR Gray material which you can use for ambient light.

Well, that's pretty typical on a RGBCYW color wheel vs RGBRGB color wheel projector like the Benq HT2050.
You should try different modes instead of the bright/dynamic mode see if the color gets better but yes, when the color is accurate the image will be a lot dimmer.
I have heard you are only getting about 1000 lumens color brightness vs the 3000 lumens white brightness.

lumens is brightness.
here is a video showing why your projector's colors are so much dimmer than white (only on a RGBCYW color wheel which has a white segment like the one you have) even it's 3000 lumens.
To get rid of this issue you will need to change modes to avoid or turn down using that white segment which means your brightness will suffer.
