Anyone out there that has a 2100 experiencing the following?

After powering up the unit, and having it set to SVideo input, it displays a mostly purple mess on the screen, unplugging and re-attaching the SVIDEO cable does nothing, switching to another input source (RGB, Composite, Component) also does nothing. The only fix is to power off the projector and then power it back on (Which I don't like to do since I'm not a fan of turning the bulb on and off unnecessarily). As a side note, all other inputs work fine, except SVideo in this state...

This only happens about once every 15-20 power ups, but it's frustrating, and of course Dell support has no bloody idea what the problem is... (at least that's what I think they said... I'm not sure the guy on the other end of the phone actually understood what I described... Stupid cheap call centers)...

I have 2 Dell 2100's and both exhibit the same behaviour... So I'm thinking it's a firmware bug of some sort. Anyone else out there seeing this?

Hmm... says not to look directly at the bulb while it's ... ... AH! I'm BLIND!
