I've had this Toshiba tdp-t1 for a few years now with no issues. Recently I've acquired the Comcast HD decoder from motorola DCT6200 and have had quite a few problems getting the HD signal to work on the projector. First things first though, my troubleshooting efforts thus far:

The problem:
If I turn the projector on first, then the DCT I'll see the HD image for a brief 3 seconds (quality looks good, but I also see horizontal lines scrap too) than blank screen. If I had to decribe it, I would say the projector is trying to adjust the image and cannot. Almost as if the refresh rate or signal is causing the projector to fail.

My actions.
-Ordered a cable from in-focus - M1 to DVI-D (30')
-Verified the cable works (Plugged my laptop dvi out to it)
-As I was able to see the image, the projector M1 input obviously works.
-Verified and checked that the projector will accept a 1080i signal. It's stated 3 times in the manual.
-Plugged the projector into the decoder using the s-video cable - ok

I'm about to contact Comcast to inquire if the decoder itself has issues, but I'd rather make that the last resort as I'm doubtful they'll help. I also wanted to check the componant out of the decoder, but couldn't find a componant to M1 or a componant to dvi-d female plug.

Any help or experience with the projector would be great. Any confirmation that it should work would at least send me to the right direction.
