I feel strangely obligated to give Epson props. My colors went bonko on me after changing the bulb. I called Epson not really expecting anything and was thrilled to find out I was still under the 2 year warranty. After a short round of troubleshooting, the CSR said they'd send me a replacement. Kick ass. Well, I never got it. A week later, I called them to ask what's up, and they said it was delivered. "Not to me," was my response. To make a long story short, they sent me another one. Looks fantastic. Guess I hadn't realized how dim the picture had gotten. Anyway, thrilled with the projector and the Epson service.
