2nd round for my HC3800 (1st round on page 53).

Mits HC3800
Focupix 80" .9 gain gray (67" wide actual)

Screenshot notes:

Cannon powershot SD770is 10mp (point and shoot)
Tripod, w/timer
Manual ISO 80
Didn't mess with shutter/exposure
Only cropped and resized, no other adjustments.
Just jpeg's, no RAW format (supposedly better) pics.

>Some pics come out a little overexposed (hazy) than what I see.
>pics look grainier and not as sharp as in person.
>Hard to make adjustments when camera lcd screen is so far off from what the pic really is.
>I'm judging things by also viewing on my 7 year old samsung LCD screen.
>I'm not a photographer!
>Also just realized camera was autofocusing. Not sure I can manually focus this camera anyway...

On the 1st round I could only get the camera about 6.5ft away. This round I managed to get about 13ft away (to zoom in), though I had to do off angle shots to get that far away (due to a wall in the way).

So the main difference with this round is having the camera about 2x further back and 2 new blu ray discs I didn't have before. While this round seems better, it's still not as sharp or contrasty as in person (as usual).

(also annoyingly on toystory III that pop up pause window would not go away!)

Created with a unique combination of 2D, CGI, and miniature sets (almost all location shots)

The DTS HD Master Audio track is a pretty good track too!

The trailer makes it seem all actiony, but its a love/drama story with lots of action thrown in...with very good pacing IMO.

Nice. Where did you get a copy. Amazon does not have one and third party ones are like $30

Some photo's my girlfriend made from our new Epson TW2900 (6100 I believe)
Its a 104inch 1.0 screen. The pj is calibrated.
It was very hard to shoot good sharp photo's because the Western Digital has a quirky pauze button which responses to late and its hard to anticipate.
All I can say is that its even better irl.

I got it on Amazon for under $31 shipped. $30 is really not bad for Non-US release anime Blu-Ray movie title like this; Japanese releases for major titles run in the $80-$115 range...

I purchased a used Region 2 DVD release of Wonderful Days (Sky Blue) on Amazon for less $15 shipped - it's $70 + shipping to import a brand new DVD.

Sky Blue = All Region Blu-Ray (UK release), English language only, and ~85 minutes.
Wonderful Days = Region 2 DVD, Korean/Japanese w/english subtitles, ~87 minutes.

Why did you want the Region 2 if yuio had the US Release? The two minutes ?

WHat do you use to play it ?

JVC HD250. 1.2gain 138" screen. Band of Brothers. Picture quality of this projector is awesome. I compared the Sony,Epson,Mitsubishi,Panasonic and found that the JVC without any dynamic iris is fantastic. I recommend anyone contemplating a projector purchase in this price range look no further.

Which Mits did you compare? The DLP has no DI, but their LCD's do of course.
