Hello all. Can anyone recommend a good ir receiver to work with either ubuntu 10.04 or 9.10 and xbmc?
I've been trying to get ir working on a PVR-150, but been completely unsuccessful. Not sure why...
So...either a recommendation on a ir receiver, or a step by step guide on a pvr-150 would be nice!
I've tried using xbmc live, a stock ubuntu 9.10 install, a stock 10.04 install, and a minimal 10.04 install.... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...
Ps...my 150 is based on the connexant (sp).
Thanks in advance!

XBMC comes configured to use the MCE remote/receiver. Virtually any one will work.
