Would any one care to comment on this htpc build. I want to use it to serve OTA TV over a simple network using mythtv. So the build does include a full size TV Tuner card. I also want to reuse a hard drive from another build. I chose a low-power cpu to save on energy costs. Here is the link: Attachment 226123 (word attachment)

Thanks for your input!

As someone mentioned in another thread, the only concern would be the current state of the Intel video drivers, so you'd want to look into that.

Sysadmin,

Makes sense b/c linux can be hard to match drivers with hardware.

This link from the MythTV Wiki has a page with a discussion on Intel drivers. The specs of the Intel board/processor say that it's using the Intel GMA 3150.

This link: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Intel_Integrated_Graphics Discusses compatibility of Intel GMA, but not the 3150 series specifically.

I'll repost if I find other confirming info.

Regards,

Gehre
