Hi,

I would like to get a TV tuner card which

- supports PAL B
- has component or composite input
- runs on linux
- is recognized by VLC

So far struggled with HVR-2200 (card 9 does not want to work), AverTV Hybrid HD (does not work at all)

Started looking on the LinuxTV site but cannot find something reasonable.

Found something unreasonable but looks fab
