Hello guys,

can someone please tell me the correct settings for the Sony 4K projector?

I will be seeing one tomorrow and would lkike to have a heads up

Well of course things will always "depend" .. but very generically, putting it in reference mode, rec 709, d65 with brightness around 50-53, gamma 2.4 and contrast around 88-94 should give you a good starting place without clipping blacks or whites. Auto Iris limited if in a bat cave and a reasonably sized screen. It measures well out of the box with those settings. You may like Reality creation on or off depending on what you are viewing. If its a clean movie with no real intentional film grain, you may really like reality creation. I would turn motionflow off, but "film projection" mode (under the motionflow settings) on, unless brightness is an issue. Again, these are generic settings, but have seemed to be fairly consistent across multiple people's samples.
