I also have the same problem with ADA , I ordered a remote MX900 IR Remote for Suite HD 1.4 on Feb. 2012 through ADA distributor in China , directed to me by ADA , - Sentiment Hi-Fi , it was USD 499.00 and I am told to pay in full , later Sentiment Hi-Fi told me that there was no stock from ADA and asked me to wait , on July 2012 , Sentiment Hi-Fi told me to use iPad 2 to control my Suite as MX900 is "really old style" and that he could use my money to set up the remote program for me and asked me to wait again , I bought in an iPad 2 and wait patiently , months & months later , Sentiment Hi-Fi seemed too busy to take care of me and upon my repeated emails pushing , he promised to return the money to me . to quote : (from Oct 25 email to me)
"sorry for the delay, and will do the return of the money.
exuce me again, really difficult to get the mx-900 and also difficult to install the software from long long away." (Shanghai - China and I am in Hong Kong)
It is now May 30 - 2013 and my money had never been returned and despite my repeated asking , Sentiment Hi-Fi just dared not to reply to me !
I have given up and it is only USD 499.00 that I lost - thanks to ADA - Sentiment told me that ADA must be paid before taking in his order so I must pay in full . What is exactly between - I don't know !
Unhappy & sad experience with ADA products !
