Hello Everyone

Was curious as to what folks think of the Emotiva electronics? Does any one have experience with them? Have heard them in a system with exceptional speakers etc?

This ain't no party, this ain't no disco

I had an XPA 5 for a short period. It's been the only amp I was in a rush to replace.

Grainy sound, would clip when driving my 802ds, and generally not a great sound. Good for the price but not at all comparable to high end equipment.

I use XPR-1 monoblocks and absolutely love them. I shot a video below, and also wrote a review here.

Beast,

What are those great looking and sounding (even through You Tube) speakers?

Sunfire Theater Grand IV, Emotiva Stealth 8, Adam powered monitors, Epik sub, Oppo DVD, Parts Express 15 sub kit, Epson projector...

I used Emotiva 500w monoblocks for my Martin Logan CLXs. They were great.

I still have Emotiva 200wpc amps for my surrounds (mains are active now).

I will buy the upcoming XMC-1 processor with DIRAC and give it a go.
