T785HD standard, T775HD optional

am hoping you can assist and explain to me how to adjust the tone controls and lip sync on the fly using the remote. These values reset when the unit is powered down, and I realize they must be re entered each time, but I cannot figure out how to make the remote do this. I would use the OSD except that we are talking about when I listen to cd's which does not involve video. Thanks much.
