How could it be "out in France" if we're all connecting to the same D-Box servers?

I opened the HEMC update file as a RAR. It appears there were lots of updates in there, hard to tell for which movie as they are list 1, 2, 3, 4 vs by name. You'd probably have to match that to the HEMC movie list. Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but there are multiple "replacements" for movies that look like updates to motion codes.

They really need to work some on the web site. Nobody would know if they updated the codes from this point forward, no date / version number on the site, nor did the initial update have a version number...

Really disappointed that Dawn is not in the list...

On a side note, everyone likes the product and we are going to order a second 330 platform for the 2nd row of chairs.

Sadly I resorted to updating my 340C last night to get the latest codes. I hoped I could sell that box by now. Sigh...

I thought about this a bit more and there is indeed something I'm giving up by switching to the HEMC: the audio mode. While I've rarely used this feature on the 340C, it was sort of nice to have. I'm guessing if others rarely used this feature as well, there wasn't too much of a desire for D-Box to include it in the HEMC as it probably would have increased the size of the unit.

One positive of the HEMC I forgot to mention last week was that the HEMC boots up very, very quickly.

I don't see anything about it in the manual, nor do I see an option in the PC interface.

Hello everyone,

I am in a bit of a jam here and was hoping to get some ideas for troubleshooting.

I have three rows of D-Box seats and a Series IV controller.
Currently the controller is flashing Yellow (irregularly) on the Sync-Lock light and the controller will not lock onto any movies.
I checked the controller connections and everything is O.K. and I changed the Digital cable going to my Oppo...all good. The test pattern works well on all rows.

Can anyone recommend some things that I can try or check to get back up and running again?

Yes sir. I haven't seen thus on my series IV. Is there a reset on the ACM or a power switch?

The audio mode was seamlessly integrated at CEDIA, i'm very surprised.

On the IPad App, the "Audio Selector" is not present... Even on their HEMC website, if you look at the thumbnail image of the app, the Audio Selector is not present...
