7channel has these, maybe he can chime in. For me, these cost way to much and I just added this to my remote instead.

I seriously considered it but two main things scared me off--1) cost and 2) potential damage to the chair if I didn't cut leather and wood correctly during installation.

And honestly, with IP control availability, I should be able to do this through my automation system, and avoid this, although it won't be quite as slick.

It can be done with RS-232 (non-HEMC) as well if your remote system can do 2-way feedback.

In the PDF brochure, it has a picture of the board with some cables on it.

I actually spoke with a D-Box rep today in Quebec and she was speaking with an engineer there. She said that the MFX-ILC is located between the MCI-2P and the Actuator Control Module. In other words, instead of hooking up the Actuator Control Module directly to the MCI-2P it would be like this:

Laptop (via USB) > MCI-2P (via shielded CAT5) > MFX-ILC (via shielded CAT5) > Actuator Control Module

So, the MFX-ILC would need to have an RJ45 input and an RJ45 output. She is sending me the installation guide, but I was wondering if anyone here had experience with doing this.

Also, if I am able to control the "Volume" of the vibe and motion with the MFX-ILC, how would the laptop software respond? Would there be two ways to control the amount of vibe and motion?
I almost never touch mine. I did when I first got it (as with most new toys) but with these controls on the new app and HEMC, they won't be needed. I've not even done my homework to see if they'll work with the new controller. I'm a bit of set it and forget it type tho. I guess it depends on how much you wish you could change the settings now.
