For me it worked e-mailing D-Box.

They have entered my still valid subscription in my jukebox account.

I am travelling right now, but I think any device will only show up in jukebox once you have connected your HEMC(s) to your account. You connect your HEMC to your account using the new app, I suppose...

Will try it next weekend when I am back home.

Honestly, where in the new app can you possibly put in your subscription details.

It is a wonder this company is still in business with the shoddy website, app and delays it has taken to set this up properly.

Emailed D-Box yesterday morning regarding not being able to enter "Credentials" via the app and no reply to date. They charged me for the subscription!

Instructions say to select the HEMC from the drop down in the app and it will allow you to enter your credentials. Well that is a bust! There is a "pencil" edit icon next to the dropdown selection and all it does is allow you to change the name of the box.

Anyone else get their Jukebox to work? Also, what email are you using? I sent an emails to support@ and homeentertainment@

I received an e-mail from D-Box too about a $250 charge on my credit card, but since I have not entered any payment details on jukebox, they cannot possibly have charged my credit card... I suppose these messages are system generated when they manually enter the subscription details of your still current subscription.

I was was successful using the homeentertainment address.

The new HEMC Update is only 239MB vs the usual 4.7 GB file.

Looks like the latest update (239MB) will update the software in the HEMC.
Guess it will brick it once there isn't a subscription to activate it.

My HEMC will go offline until the dust settles.

I am up and running, here is my experience.

I left my HEMC running since Monday as I was busy with car problems. Today, I logged into the apps (PC and Android) for the first time since the "update." As speculated, all of my codes were gone and there was a new login option for the app. The PC app did not work at all and had to be downloaded again via the download page (not where it was last time, but check the dates). I had already signed up for Jukebox, but had not paid for anything yet. After using the same login credentials that I used on the Jukebox website within the app, I could now see my HEMC in the device list on Jukebox. I went ahead and paid for the sub and it looked like nothing was happening and rebooted the HEMC. Still looked like nothing was going on (no "updating" indication) I had to run some errands and after several hours of being gone, all of my moves are now there. I think they should have added something to let you know the HEMC is updating as it apparently takes a very long time. Keep in mind I have 420 mbps downloads (tested) and use ethernet on my HEMC.

I got the signin on the app now as well. They must have activated something in the app.

When I enter my username / password. It says "Signing In..." and the swirling icon just spins and spins!

Going to leave my ipad powered on to see if something happens. I do see that all my movies are gone.

Multiple emails to D-Box and no response.
