Yes, I paid money to go see the movie Wild Hogs,which was good.Brings me to my question,what do they use to project movies today? I noticed the little lines still shootiing across the big screen.

Most of the theaters that advertise digital projection, use Christie projectors. Not sure about the older ones.

Ya its mostly Christies projectors, they provide the longest throw distance and quality.
