John, are you going to bring the M200s in? We still get lots of calls on those...I'd like to point people your direction...

As a matter of fact, we do. Very nice of you to ask, Sean. Thank you.

By the way, say hello to Steve, Mark, and Graham. I'll bet Steve's dog is bigger now, right?

Will do Jon. It's not Kinley you need to worry about...it's the less-than-dynamic-duo of Graham and Fudge :)

Do you have an ETA for the M200s? I'd like pricing as well. You can not post prices here, so would you mind e-mailing me at sean@********** with that?

Thanks!

I have had my swan diva 5 channel system for 2 1/2 years now (5.1s/C3/R3s) and I love them.

I am upgrading to a 7.1 channel Denon 2803 receiver this week, so I will eventually be needing a pair of 2.1s to use as my 2 rear channel speakers.

I see that www.theaudioinsider.com carries these now! However, I am going to be in an apartment for another year and will not be able to add the rear channel speakers until I move to a house where I have a wall for them... So, my question is, will the 2.1s still be available in a year??? Will they still match the rosewood veneer on my current divas??? I might be able to buy them now and just put them in a closet until I move, but I really don't want to do that...

Any ideas???

Thanks,
Paul

The Swans 2.1 (previously the Diva 2.1) is identical to previous models sold in the US for the last 2+ years. Yes, today's genuine rosewood veneers are also unchanged and will match previous examples of Diva product.

As far as the lifetime of the model is concerned, at The Audio Insider we have no intention of ending the 2.1's amazing run. It's one of the more memorable speakers available in the direct channel, and its sales prove it. It ain't broke and we're not fixing it!

Having said that, there is always the eventual risk of its being replaced by the manufacturer. Swans is a very dynamic company and is always working on new ideas, even though they traditionally keep the classic and most successful models far longer than most companies.

Hello Jon... GREAT to share a few words with you...

The G-man still looks for you at your desk... :)

He has a new running mate... Fudge... you would roll on the floor laughing if you saw them both...

On a sad note... you'll remember how physical Graham was... for some reason (not sure why) he has slowed down some 80 %... Keep him in your thoughts...

Wishing you all the very best... (and "E" also)...

Hi Mark,

So nice to hear from you again as well. And I'm saddened that our friend and colleague isn't feeling well, to say nothing of his missing me. THAT kinda tears me up inside...

What is it about a fine dog that means so much? I still deeply miss my old Orange Setter, nearly a decade after his passing. I think they must be better people than people!

All The Best to you too, sir. And to the crew.

A quick note on this enormous thread, friends, just to alert the many, many Swans/Diva enthusiasts out there that all models have been restocked, with another container soon to arrive.

We're also testing the market for some unique new Swans models. Visit our forums for more details on these interesting concepts.
