It’s very expensive to build a speaker that sounds good, has lots of power handling and is built to last a lifetime. JTR only charges a very small percent over the actually cost to build the speakers. Typically, the larger manufactures charge 2-3 times what it cost them to build their speakers. We give you a lot more for your dollar.
Testing has shown that any manufacture defect will show up within a year. If a defect were to show up after a year, I wouldn't have a problem taking caring of it. I am fair and like to help out people however I wouldn't let people take advantage of me by trying to claim warranty on something they had broken, abused or misused.
No one has ever blown a JTR speaker in the home market and no one has ever blown a midrange or woofer in a Triple loudspeaker in the pro market.
Only three pro sound engineers have blown tweeters, which have a replaceable diaphragm ($15 part, 10 minutes to replace).
