There are better online tests out there, but I found this one in a hurry. I can't hear above 15kHz!

That's pretty cool.. I didn't think these crappy little PC speakers I have here at work could play that high... I can hear all the way to 18k... now I have to find some higher tones as I'm curious now!

B&W 684s and they are $1100 a pair MSRP (I paid much less because they where store demos ~ around $900). They didn't last long and I took them back for the higher up 683, and then finally the high end version of the 683, the 804S.

I just heard some horns at Radio Shack and was quite impressed. Clarity and detail without any brightness. They were only like $80 each. PA speakers I think with a large woofer. My Polk CSI3 center on the other hand was bright and harsh when I played a music DVD. I had to enlarge the hole and change the tweeter in it to a vintage tweeter I had laying around which got rid of the brightness.

Polk SL2000WC $3 DIY mod. Smaller the uf, the less harsh your SL2000 is.
1. SRS: .47 uf/250v mylar cap top SL2000, 1.0 2nd, 1.0 3rd, .47 bottom
2. 2.3: 1.0 middle
3. 1C: 1.0 top
4. 2B: 1.0

Thanks for your comments.
Still I wanna know if someone knows how the specific LS-10, or the Ls series in general.
I think this line released in the end of 90's or maybe the very early 2000.
Do you consider this dates to the old good CW or the new CW?

They are really good for loud music, Always seem to over power the center speaker so use centers with 6.5 inch woffers, the older centers made in the USA were alot better quality, so check for them on ebay.
The SL line is not bad, abit better tweeters than the VE series. The SL 28 and SL12 rock with bass sounds like (2) 12 inch subs overall better for music than movies but will work ok with both.
