ok, I inherited these awesome but I'm sure cheaply made Techwood tower speakers. They are probably at leat 5' tall and have huge 12 or 15" speakers on the side of them and a couple smaller speakers in the front of them, but sound fantastic. I know they are probably a cheap brand and might not be that awesome, but trying to find the specs on them to compare them to the Polk Audio 70's to see if it's worth the money to me. I mean the speaker I have sound awesome, but if the Polk Audio 70's are way better and will sound much butter, i'll invest the money, but if they are pretty close then it wouldn't be worth it. Does anyone know where or how I could the specs on these speakers to compare them to the 70's?

but sound fantastic

That's all that matters...

You're not going to find any specs, even if you did, they're not to be trusted. Additionally, no reviewer w/ test gear would ever review them....Thus, specs don't matter on that piece.

They're a rental store brand. I'm glad you like them.

Ah yes, good ol' Techwood Pro studio speakers. They used to sell them at Aaron's rent to own stores for outlandish prices.

I saw a pair of those a few years ago, those are so big I could be burried in them when I die! They sounded cool too, loudest speakers known to man. (you could run them LARGE without a sub and still be evicted!)
