cant decide heard good reviews on both either would be powered with a onkyo 709.

the NHT2.0 in a 5.0 set up.

mainly movie watching I aiming towards a nice crisp sound with boom when the movie calls for it.

Which Jamo 5.0? If you mean the S606 package with the tower speakers vs 5 SuperZero 2.0 speakers I'd take the system with the towers.

You're not going to get BOOM from satellites, you need a good subwoofer for that which you didn't mention at all. If you don't plan to get a subwoofer then the answer is even easier, you'd have to go with the Jamo system.

gona go with either a 10 or 12

someone mentioned cadenece CSX and others a f12 so yes iam gona get a sub to complete the pacakage.

just wanna make sure that it's gona sound crisp with the occasional boom emitting from the sub. So would i be best goin with the Jamo the only negative review i read so far was that they are cheaply made.

what are your thoughts on Jamo?

Well, since I own several Jamo speakers I'm a big fan of their products. I would recommend them.

You still didn't specify which 5.0 setup we're talking about. Is it the s606?

The build quality on those s606 towers and satellites is very nice. I actually have the s60 center and s602 satellites.

Now if you're talking about the s426 speakers they're not quite as nice or as expensive.

You need to let me know which speakers you're talking about first.

I've had my s60 center with Jamo E680 towers for 2.5 years now. Not a problem at all in my setup. Maybe the others didn't calibrate the system properly.

Here are some high quality pictures of the s606 speakers. Tell me if they look cheap to you? I dont think they look cheap at all but rather nice.

Leave the metal jumpers in place that come with the speakers and just connect your speaker wire to the bottom set. You don't need to run 2 pair of speaker wire to each speaker, waste of time and effort in my opinion.

FYI, you can get the s606 black for $399 from Vanns ebay site with free shipping.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Jamo-S60...item336fdb5937

consider subwoofers like
Bic F12
http://www.amazon.com/BIC-America-F1...7000646&sr=8-4

Bic PL-200 which can usually be had for about $280.

or ask if the subwoofer forum, I'm sure they'll give you plenty of recommendations.
