If you want a high output speaker with lots of bass, look at the JBL pro line, such as the 3677 or 4670D.

They have 15 inches and a lot bigger.

You may also want to look at some of the offerings from Deftech and Goldenear technologies if it is bass you crave in a tower speaker.

Klipsch Cornwall III, La scala II and Klipschorn have 15" drivers. Granted these are old-school speakers but they are not junk.
