If you are at all handy, you could check a few basic things. Play some full-range music through the speaker and make sure each driver is producing sound (put your ear up close to each one in turn.)
If any are not producing sound, you have found your problem. It could be a damaged driver, or it could be a loose connection from the crossover. I don't have CB70's, but the crossover for most speakers is normally inside the cabinet near the binding posts. Most often, taking the driver closest to the floor will give you access to the crossover. Look for disconnected/broken wires.
As the previous poster mentioned, you could also have knocked one of the wires off one driver, so you can still isolate the problem the same way.
