Is this to much power for these speakers?

Paradigm Atom v6 Suitable Amplifier Power Range - 15 - 80 watts
NAD 2400 thx 100 Watts/Channel

Will this damages the speakers?

To damage those speakers, you would have to play them at levels where the volume and distortion would be unpleasant in the extreme.

They have 90db/watt sensitivity, so applying 100 watts to them would give you an SPL in the room of around 110 dbA, which no one in their right mind could stand for 2 seconds.

Play them at levels that are not deafening and you will have no problems.
