How many 10W speakers(100 volt) can be connected to 150W amplifier??
I have ALTO TMX80dfx mixer amplifier and Proel XE51CT speaker. I want to know if its compatible with each other.

As many as you wish, so long as you wire them with the appropriate series/parallel configuration to keep the total impedance load within the amplifier's capacity.

I have 16 numbers of Proel XE51CT ceiling speaker(100V with transformer) and a ALTO TMX80dfx powered Mixer?? Will this be compatible with each other?? Or Is there any other solution

What do you mean by connect multiple speakers? can you be more specific on how you intend to connect.
I mean, Do you intend to connect them to just the left and right channel... such that 8 speakers in series/parallel to the left channel and 8 to the right channel?
Or do you intend to use multiple channels and connect them appropriately.

Those speakers appear to be designed for a constant-voltage distribution system. Google for references on that. Usually the transformers have taps to determine how much wattage goes to the individual speaker.
