Is the Anthony Gallo 3.5 speaker cable to be used only with the 3.5 without the SA?
I do not see a second OPT input for the second set of cable going to the Gallo SA.

You're in the wrong place for exotic speaker cable. The vast majority here use regular old wire.

Television: Mitsubishi WD65737 DLP
Processor: Emotiva UMC-200
Amps: Carver AV 806x/Behringer EP4000
Mains: DCM TimeFrame 600 Center: AT 453C
Surrounds: AT 251.1 Sub: Danley DTS-10
Blu Ray: Panasonic DMP-BD655

I do not see a second OPT input for the second set of cable going to the Gallo SA.

OPT 2 involves the tweeter. The OPT wire connects to the inside of the tweeter core to suppress build up of static charge (the tweeter is a high voltage low current device). I would save your money and go with plain old wire and connect the OPT wire to the positive terminal.

The SA does not use/need the OPT wire, as the OPT wire from the main amp takes care of the whole speaker.
You can still use the SA if you feel you want the additional bass augmentation.

So much media, so little time...
