These are going to be used with a budget receiver in a 14'x12' photography studio office. No subwoofer. Mainly just for music while I work on my computer. Looking to spend less than $200 total.

Option 1: (on sale for blackfriday for $140):
http://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-Synergy-B-20-5-25-Inch-Bookshelf/dp/B003XRD9UA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1J4MZ81YSMS6A&coliid=I254VFJEK9CN9X

Option 2:
http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-TSi100-Bookshelf-Speakers/dp/B00192KF12/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pdT1_S_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1J4MZ81YSMS6A&coliid=I3RYPTBGCG06LH

Option 3: (worried about the small driver since I won't be using a sub)
http://www.amazon.com/Infinity-Primus-P143-Bookshelf-Satellite/dp/B0044D3R7M/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1J4MZ81YSMS6A&coliid=I1FF36UWAUZ6OH

Option 4: (inexpensive.. perhaps the best value?)
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-SS-B1000-4-Inch-Bookshelf-Speakers/dp/B000OG88KY/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pdT1_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1J4MZ81YSMS6A&coliid=I406QADXXTQ09

Right now I am leaning towards option 1. Thanks everyone!

Since you have Infinity on your list - I would go for a bigger speaker
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_4_16?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=infinity+primus+p152&sprefix=infinity+primus+%2Celectronics%2C255

From your brand/series selections, I prefer the Infinity Primus.

Now I'm considering the 163's... since I won't have a sub do you think the larger 6.5" driver is worth the added cost?

Check out this bookshelf speaker shootout. Most of them are still available new and all should be available used. I bought a pair of the Yamaha NS-6490 3 way speakers based off that shootout and have been quite happy with the results I get. I use them in the garage without a sub. Any of those speakers should work well for you.

When all else fails - RTFM!

Yes, it will have more bass.
