Anyhow, at my ripe old age of 47 I have only experienced such stressful business transactions 2 other times in the past. One was with a computer repair shop and one was with an import ( Mercedes) car repair center.
Both took me calling the police to get my computer and my car back.
I now drive a Dodge and do all my own computer repairs.
All I can say based on my personal experience is simply don't order grills. Had I never done that I would have had no issues but boy a grill opened a can of nightmare for me.
I have been made whole and I am thankful for that. I can say in good faith that the speakers do sound fantastic and are built very well and I think most folks will love the sound but this was not a good experience for me.
Over time we will continue to see the reports from customers and in time I hope any negative will turn to all positive; Time will tell... Someone dropping a few grand on speakers need to do some homework and understand the risk involved and this website is wonderful for that!
After spending over $2,500 I feel I kinda have a vested interest in Tekton and hope he comes out on top and I do wish him all the best!
