Has anybody heard of OZ Home Theater and know if they're still doing business? I ordered a pair of Swan Diva 6.1 in Black Cherry through Jon Lane at The Audio Insider and would have bought the C3 center channel to go with them but he only had it in Rosewood. I wanted the finish on all the speakers to match so while looking on the internet I found that OZ Home Theater had it in the black cherry do I placed the order with them. That was on Tuesday December 11 and I haven't heard a word from them yet. The money was taken out of my account the next day so it's not like they didn't receive the payment. I have also sent 4 emails and haven't heard anything back. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I did send them an email about some speakers a few months ago and I did get a response but I was not comfortable enough with the interaction to place an order. It does seem like they are pretty 'dark'.

I would be contacting my credit card company. A reputable business does not operate that way. You should have at least received a payment confirmation from them via e-mail.

I just checked their website. Couldn't find where they are located at. That's one red flag. The other red flag went up when I hit their EBay store link it stated it doesn't exist. As others posted contact CC ASAP

I contacted my bank and since the transaction had already gone through on my end they couldn't do anything. Luckily for me, I paid through PayPal. I just called them and they said OZ Home Theater has 10 days to either provide a tracking number showing the item has shipped or refund my money. If they have not done so by the 11th day, PayPal will credit the money back to my card. A big +1 for PayPal!

Whether they're moving or not they still shouldn't take this long to respond to a customer that has already paid in full.

You might try John Lane at the Audio Insider. I believe they import all the Swans and should know what they story is with Oz.

I actually emailed him about it this afternoon and am waiting for a response. I'm guessing I won't hear from him until later next week since it is Christmas and all, but maybe he will surprise me. He has already helped me so much and I couldn't be happier with the customer service he has given me.
