I have my 3 front speakers on a shelf, and the wires tend to hang down under the shelf and are visible. The reason they are visible is the wall is painted black, and the wires are light gray. What suggestions do you guys have to hide or camoflauge the wires? Thanks.

One idea I had was to put that black wire protector stuff over the wires, so it blends in with the black wall.

You can also route them however you want using Command strips hooks. That's what I did with my ethernet run.

Thanks Gary, but I don't see how using those white things on my black wall helps to hide the wires. Are you saying paint them black?

You could run the wire through this: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=105&cp_id=10520&cs_id=1052005&p_id=7119&seq=1&format=2

They also have it in 1" diameter.

You could get these cord channels and paint them black.

Hm. I wasn't really thinking. I would get some cable conduit like some people in here have mentioned.

Thanks guys. I think my Home Depot has this stuff, and it has a slit in it I think.

Yes it does have a slit along it's length. Most hardware stores usually carry it.
