There is pair in Cherry on Craigslist. They're asking 1300, but in this economy, I don't think it's going anytime soon.

If I could get them for 1k or even 900, would that be a good deal?

I JUST bought my Monitor 75T's and a 25C, but they look sooo good.

Anything less than 20% off asking is an insult IMO if you do this for a hobby.

I've followed their price on eBay for over two years now. I've seen them go anywhere from $800/pair to $1500/pair.

They're really all over the place in what they end up selling for.

Condition of the speakers accounts for some of that variance but not all. Cherry tends to sell for a little more than black,
based on what I've observed.

The "mean" price seems to be around $1100 to $1200, but with a large variation, like I said.

I think $1300 is a little high but not unreasonable. I think $900 would be borderline low-balling.

Something in between seems reasonable to me, like $1100 or $1200, assuming they're in very good to excellent condition.
