I'm building a new desktop for myself. It is mainly for Photoshop work. I'm trying to get a good but cheap speakers and can't decide, mainly due to the price point.
I understand that a decent set is going to cost me some serious money but due I don't want to spend that much as this point. I'm not going to use it for any serious movies/music but just some occasional stuff, so I'm looking for any surround sound quality. I use my computer for some of my movie watching and music listening so I want a set of computer speakers that sounds good enough. And I don't want to spend a fortune, sorry but budget is my top concern at this time.
I hope I can get some help and suggestions. Some that I've looked at are:

1) Cyber Acoustics Subwoofer Satellite System (CA-3602a)
2) Logitech Speaker System Z523 (Though this is ~$20 over, if this is the best among the cheap ones, I'll compromise.)
3) Logitech S220 2.1 Speaker System with Subwoofer

If I really have to increase the budget, let me know.

Appreciate all the help.
