Yes. This can work.
You need a splitter that can run the sound from your computer to your Lepai AND your subwoofer. Then connect your speakers to the Lepai.
Once you have that hooked up, you'll have to balance your Lepai and subwoofer volumes, and from then on, use the main volume control on your computer.
