We are going to need a little bit more information than that..

First off why do you need speakers that are rated to hand 250w RMS? Do you have an AMP that can power that much? Lets say you have a 200W amp, you can get speakers that are rated to handle under 200W's

Whats your budget? and what type of speakers are you looking for.

EMP E55ti | EMP E56ci | Polk T15's for surround duty | Ultimax 15" Sub | Integra 40.2 | Rotel 976 | Panasonic 60ST60

You have, what, 10 different threads now? What's really weird is that each one gets progressively more UNfocussed. Listen, you've been given advice over and over and yet add nothing to the vague threads you create, causing them to flame out. Why don't you go back to your myriad of other threads and start to ask these questions in there? What you are asking for is something that is inconsequential when selecting speakers and does not need it's own serperate thread.
