The 250 watts is the maximum power that can be applied without blowing it up.
It's like the 130 MPH rating on a tire; you should normally never get close to it.
Your question doesn't make much sense.
You need to look at the speaker SENSITIVITY rating, in db per watt, to find out how much sound 90 watts will give you.
But yes, the 671 has plenty of power for the room unless your speaker sensitivity is super-low (not likely).
