so this is my small room with large speakers that take up all my space...
R/L cerwin vega vs120
centen-ceriwn vega ls12 (which is for now is also a tv stand)
surround-ceriwn vega a t12
subs-polk psw10 x2
yamaha rxv375
xbox 360
samsung 40in lcd 1080p tv
sony x10 headphones

-speakers: cerwin vega vs120s, cerwin vega LS12s, cerwin vega at12s, jbl S36II, pok audio psw10, realistic mc1000, paradigm 7se MKII, sanyo sx600

Nice, brings me back to my days of living in the dorms with WAY to many speakers smile.gif

I will say, you should stand your center up vertically and place the tv on top, and find a different spot for the receiver.

i can't. there is a window behind my tv and if my tv goes any higher i will not have access to my window. but my avr is fine there. it really does not get hot

I'm not worried about your AVR. Proper vertical placement will get you better SQ from your center, but if it doesn't work for you it doesn't work
