Hello, welcome to the forum...

What equipment do you have now ? What specifically do you want your budget to cover ?

I only got Denon AVR2313CI Receiver.
I want to get all speakers with sub woofer for around $1500 (Max $2000)
and a projector and projector screen for around $2000 (flexible if any better option)
and I am not sure what else I would need to complete my home theater. Please advice.
This is my first time trying to set up a dedicated home theater room, please help !

1500 dollar budget would give you 500 for a good sub and 1000 for speakers.
A couple options:
Ascend acoustic cmt340s front stage...
EMPtek tower fronts...
The svs pb1000 is probably the best sub around 500.

Set up #1: EMP e5ti, e5Ci, and SLS Q line Audio surrounds, EMP 10i10i sub
Set up #2: Def Tech SM450, CLR2002, SLS Qline surrounds and Klipsch 12wD sub
Set up #3: JBL130, JBL120C and Klipsch synergy sub

The HSU hybrid 3 with the 5.1 would be a great setup, it comes with a good sub in the VTF-3 MK4 and you could add a second set of surrounds down the road for only $320.

My Gear:

JTR Noesis 228HT (LCR)
Axiom Audio QS8 surrounds
Sherbourn PA 7-350
Pioneer VSX-21TXH
JVC RS45
Falcon Screens FVHD105
Dual PSA XS30's (gone but not forgotten)

Another option within your budget is the highly regarded Kef Q series - Q500 towers or Q300 bookshelf, Q200C and Q100 surrounds. I would personally go with the Q700 towers and postpone purchase of surrounds when budget allows.

Another possibility is some Infinity Primus speakers with a Powersound sub.

Here is what someone from Paul's TV suggested me, please check and let me know ...

Front speakers (x2):
http://www.paulstv.com/Speakers/Definitive-Technology-BP6B.asp
These are listed at $399 each, but I can actually do 2-for-1, so they would be $199.99 each

Rear and surround speakers (x4):
http://www.paulstv.com/Speakers/Definitive-Technology-ProMonitor-800.asp

Center speaker(x1):
http://www.paulstv.com/Speakers/Definitive-Technology-ProCenter-1000.asp

Subwoofer:

we had the sm350s and the clr 2002 for our center for years was very happy with the sound, looks like the system you are looking at is a step up from what I had it should make you very happy.

I wouldn't get the Def Tech sub. The SVS PB-1000 or Rhythmik LV12 would be better if you've got $500-$600 for a sub.

Use ProjectorCentral.com's Projection Calculator to determine what screen size will work for you.

Re. screens: There are a lot of choices, including Carada, Da-Lite, Draper, Elite, Grandview and Stewart.

My screen is a Grandview and I've been very happy with it. A quality product, reasonably- and competitively-priced. I would recommend Grandview.

After reading more about screens, I am looking for motorized, tab-tensioned screen(between 120 and 140 diag wide) and I think for epson 5020 with throw distance around 16.5 and my room (12' x 20') dedicated theater room(full dark with all dark colors), 1.1 gain should be enough.
Please suggest the best one without having to pay too much of price.

with a very large screen, and with the center channel speaker you mentioned, you may want to consider an "acoustically transparent" screen so the center channel can sit behind the screen. The alternative would be down near the floor or up near the ceiling - neither an optimal location.
