The best way to answer that is trying it for yourself. If you have Amazon Prime, then audition them, and if not send them back. (This will only work on speakers sold or fulfilled by Amazon).
I have not heard any of those myself, however:
1) I haven't heard much rave about those BIC like i have with the Pioneers and Infinity.
2) The Polk are known to have a Polk sound, which I interpret as if they add too much coloration.
3) Infinity have a bigger following as they've been around longer. They are well reviewed, usually taught as brighter, more power hungry than the Pioneer counterpart. I think Pioneer owners will tell you the Pio's are better, Infinity owners will tell you Infinities are better, so it a toss up. I own the BS-22 and they are great. Infinities wouldn't be an upgrade over these and the opposite is also true. So for the money, I would go with the Pioneers.
It all comes down to what you like the most. If you can spend a little more, those S30 are cheap and people like them a lot. With the little more than that, you would be looking at HSU and Ascends.
