Which one is better?

I was planning on BS22LR but there is a big issue hanging that thing. TSi100 has brackets already.

TSi are about $100 in frys now

I arleady bought center speaker from pioneer which matches corresponding BS22

The BS22 is the better speaker. I heard the Polk TSI/Monitor and it was not as detailed but I liked the type of sound much better. They have completely different sound signatures.

If it is for front LR, then no question, go BS22 as it is best to match the front 3 speakers. Also, BS22 are not meant for "bracket mount" they need to be on stands and with some breathing room from the back wall.

It is for the front, right? Are stands out of the question? Because of the BS22 rounded shape, they are difficult (not impossible) to wall mount them using clamps.

I decided to go with BS22 for front to match the center from pioneer. Also ordered a sub SW-8 MK2

Now for the back surround I need smaller speakers not the deep ones like BS22. Any suggestions?

The Pioneer SW-8 MK2 is somewhat anemic. It could work well in a computer desktop setup, or maybe in a moderate volume HT setup for a small bedroom. But really not powerful enough for an HT setup in a living room or otherwise. For that price range, a good choice is the Dayton SUB1200. As a 12" sub, it has way more output. If you can afford the extra bucks, definitely worth it.
