Yes... that's the reaction of almost everyone that hears them compared to other much more expensive speakers... "the Wave Touch GT's blew them away!"

As I sit hear listening to them... I'm constantly amazed at the incredibly real, life-like sound they produce with full-size soundstage, and incredible resoultion and dynamics.

It's hard to believe... but... so true!

And... they're beginning to get good visibilty - go to YouTube and listen to the AVShowreports video of them at Newport - Peter was very impressed (and so was everyone else)!

Man...this thread...is...freakin' great. How did...I not see...this before now?

I am thoroughly convinced...by the numerous...different totally believable...user accounts that...recommend these...new...and exciting, and most bestest in the world...sounding speakers...

Be on...the lookout...in the classified section...for all the other speakers...I currently own.

More newbies posting here than - well I can't even think of a good analogy. Speaking of classifieds I'm surprised that some of these "newbies" don't try to sell some of them "used."

Could it be that Mr. Yoon has more aliases than 'Fletch' ?
Or am I the only one who noticed that many of these newbies have only posted pushing wavetouch products?

That won't be happening... these are very much as described... and... nothing comes close at 5-10 times their price. The owners will not be able to replace them without spending a fortune - which I suspect few will do (at least I won't). Besides... they're so inexpensive... and most true audiophiles have far greater budgets - so, saving a few hundred $'s is inconsequential.

The only thing I may do... is buy a 2nd and possibly 3rd or 4th pair. A 2nd pair to fill the space in my huge "man-cave" (24'x18'x10') in Dallas, which needs a lot of sound to fill it. And... a couple of other pairs for my various houses / condos in MO and IL.

With a really great source (e.g. Bryston MS2 / DAC2, W4S MS1 / DSD DACSE, Sony SACD, etc.)... and... great amps (e.g. PSnd JC1s, Atma-Sphere M60s, etc.) - the sound is just about incomparable - if you're an audiophile - which, I realize few on this forum are. If you're not a true audiophile... you won't be able to appreciate them - just stick with your HT sound quality, and be happy with it.

I've been looking for many speakers to use in the numerous large and expensive estates I own. Which model would you recommend for a 250x190 foot room with 35 foot ceilings?

Just get some big JBL Pro speakers with 18" woofers... or... just a really powerful car audio set up... and... I'm sure you'll be happy!

It's so good it shouldn't. My only regret is having just discovered it this afternoon.

There is some comedy gold within it.

Grand Teton speaker - Field recording.
The size of room is not important.

Why are the speakers outdoors? They work better out there? They still sound just like my computer speakers, too.

I think they took "field testing" a bit too literally.

Maybe he confused 'outstanding in their field' with 'out standing in a field'.

I think its the a new marketing strategy - going after the outdoor speaker market. Maybe they've given up on the best speakers you ever heard and now its the best speakers you can't hear outdoors. Sand volleyball anyone?

To Wavetouch Audio's credit, in a outdoor demonstration, blind listeners could not distinguish between the Grand Teton monitors and the live music provided by Yellowstone National Park.
