Look at speakers with high sensitivity ratings. Definitely over 90db, and even higher than 90db would be better.
Then for that size room, you really need a large 15" sub at the very least, which is costly. Subs see the whole room, and even a powerful 15" sub will be challenged in that size space. Unless you can locate the sub a few feet from where you sit, the bass will not be very impactful.
