I've been looking at these two speakers and I'm on ready to pull the trigger on one of them. I was wondering which one would you guys choose?

Get the one that matches your other two front speakers. If you have Infinity fronts get the PC 351, if you have Polk fronts get the CS10.

The Infinity center is much larger than the Polk.

I have fronts form my older HITB. I'm replacing the speakers piece by piece. I already have a new AVR. I've heard Polks quality went down. Is that true?

Adding a new center speaker that doesn't match the other front speakers is of dubious value.

Save up and then replace the front three.

I don't think the quality of Polk speakers has gone down that much if at all. The Monitor series has been around for a few years now.

The P351 and CS10 aren't really direct competetors. The larger CS20 is a better comparison to the P351 and the P250 to the CS10.

In any event, I would prefer the Infinity's but others might prefer the Polks. But you should eventually get the matching front speakers as well.

I agree with bladerunner6, save up until you can get a full front 3. If you watch Frys they usually get the Infinity p363 towers for $99 every month to month and 1/2 as a sale. The Center usually goes for $199 I think but not at the same time as the towers. If you can't do towers, I personally own the P163 and it's an awesome little budget speaker.
As for Polk, watch their ebay store and newegg.com.

Also what receiver do you have and what is your current budget (or better yet, if you save up for a bit, your expected budget)? Knowing that will help folks here provide better suggestions for your needs.
