I currently own the Bose Acoustimass 5 speakers and I think it's time to build a 5.1 home theater system.

I'm thinking to buy the Wharfedale DX-1 HCP 5.1 system (which has received good reviews on many sites). When I have more money, I'm thinking to replace the Front L-R Wharfedale speakers with Q Acoustics 2050i or Dali Zensor 5, while maintaining the Wharfedale DX-1 Center, Subwoofer, and Surround.

Do you think I'm doing this the right way? Or should I buy some better rear speakers (rear speakers must be as discreet as possible) together with the Bose Acoustimass in 4.0 mode, just to get me started in surround sound, until I have more money for better sub and L-R ? My initial budget for speakers is 800€

I would like your advice on this.

Your front three speakers should timbre match. That typically means using a center that is the same exact speaker as the left/right (optimum) or the matching center made by the manufacturer (almost as good).

What I would suggest is getting some Wharfedale Diamonds or Dali Zensors (not familiar with QAcoustics) for the front left/right. Then use the Bose Acoustimass for the rear until you can build out the rest of the set. You could even start with the Dali Zensor 1s or Wharfedale Diamond 121s with the matching center of their series, then move them to the rear when you can afford the same series towers for the front.

Subwoofer does not need to match the speakers in make/model at all. Get the best subwoofer you can for your money.
