Looks legit. Heard from a credible source/friend. A bit expensive I heard though.

That's the idea - to "look legit". In reality, won't actually do a frigging thing! (Except reduce your audio budget for things that do make a difference.)

I looked at that link for no longer than six seconds, but I'll bet my bottom dollar that there's not a single shred of proper scientific explanation of how those baubles actually work.

Forget it. ... and give your credible friend a slap upside the head! biggrin.gif

However, it wasn’t until after Ted returned to the mainland and developed his TESLA Series cables that he revisited the idea of treating room acoustics with resonating bowls.

Dude, they are proper acoustic room treatment mainly for soundstaging and bass control. You will still need to get dampening treatment from GIKAoustics etc. The old school way.

He did A/B demo with old school foam/cardboard/fabric boards (diffusers/abosorbs) etc and saw no difference between the two. You can have it running in 5 minutes and it's 1/10000 of size.

I'm guessing about 30% more expensive than the traditional ones though.

Not to mention they are being used with high end speakers like Tannoy and YG Acoustics at audio shows.
