Hi ,
Recently I bought MLT-2 speakers form Newegg deal for $169.99 and now I am looking for a speaker stand for the same.

MonoPrice speaker stand has good review,

http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=108&cp_id=10828&cs_id=1082819&p_id=3022&seq=1&format=2

Will this speaker stand fit MLT-2 speakers? Since MLT-2 speakers has a curved design I am bit confused about selecting stands.

Any recommendations for Speaker stands will be helpful.
Thanks

these speakers stands would definitely work since they have a flat top plate.

You could set the MLT-2 speaker on top and secure with Blu Tack, Velcro squares/strips or other adhesive.

don't know if you're willing to pay the price for those stands though.

+1

On the side note, I had the MLT-2s and believe you will enjoy them biggrin.gif

No subwoofer I've heard has been able to produce the bass I've experienced in the Corps!

Must..stop...buying...every bluray release...

Someone on Amazon said they are using it and it fits. I might be getting them as well. I got the same deal as you.

Thanks All for the suggestion.

I was able to hook up the speakers using Monoprice stands.( http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=108&cp_id=10828&cs_id=1082819&p_id=3022&seq=1&format=2).

You will need a #12 machine screw. And this does not come with the stand.
Also You might need a bolts as shown in the picture. The Speaker will be mounted the same way like hanging a Picture using the Key hole.

The Speaker stand is not stable on the carpet floor and I have to put it on cordboard.

Hello, glad that worked out for you. I grabbed myself some and it is still WIP. Are your speakers pretty sturdy where they are mounted via the keyhole? Maybe yours is because you used different screws. I used the ones that came with it so I may have to try your screws as well.

The mount to the speaker stand is sturdy, but the speaker stand itself is not steady that is the reason I have to place it on a 1X1 feet cardboard as base(I live in carpeted house).
For sure you have to but you cannot use the screws came with the speaker stand for keyhole mounting. You need to buy #12 Machine screw(Got mine in HomeDepot)
