I just connected some Cabasse twin wire speaker cable to my B&O speakers. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they comprized positive and negative wires, as I could not see that they were identified thus anywhere,(both wires inside the outer casing are black) and I assumed they could could be connected either way round, even though the terminals are neg/pos!
On looking at them again, I now realize one side of the casing has has a groove in it. I assume this is the positive side. Can anyone confirm this?
Thank you in advance.
Thanks again Jerry. I have one more issue. Are you familiar with the male 2-pin plugs used on B&O cables? There is a flat pin - about 5 mm wide - and a round one. Can you tell me which one is the positive? (I assume the flat one, but need to be certain.)
