the front left tweeter works much much quieter then the right one... 

it didn't happen before!! it only started when i calibrated them yesterday.(not for the first time)

i changed the sides to see if its a cable problem and its not.

the speakers are new(2 weeks) they are B&W pm1 and the receiver is denon avr1713

If by this you mean that you switched cables entirely - that wouldn't tell you much. A "cable problem" is unlikely, other than it not being connected properly.

You want to actually switch the channels the speakers are connected to. See if the problem stays with the speaker, or stays with the channel the speaker is connected to.

Your description suggests that un-doing or re-doing the calibration may help.
