After long research in this Forum and auditioning Focal 826V/KEFQ700/PSB Imagine T2 i found PSB Imagine T2 to be good for my classical / instrument taste . I picked it from Dubai for 1875USD for a pair from an authorized dealer . I believe its a good bargain.
Now Looking for a integrated AMP , which one you suggest for a True sound .
I know you are in Dubai so i know you probably cant get stuff from amazon USA but the links are just to give you an idea. i dont know what you can get there.
by the way excellent deal on excellent speakers.
IMO your budget is a little small for an amp to pair with those speakers but what i listed would work fine.
Thanks Mark . At present I have a Denon AVR x2000 . PSB arrives only today . Will connect and see how the performance in "PURE" mode.
I auditioned the PSB's and other speakers with Marantz 5004 , I was happy , but felt little warm .
We have all brands here , I am looking either at Marantz or Cambridge Audio - Azur 351A - Integrated Amplifier with USB Input . What do you say about Cambridge audio ?
Cambridge is good, so is marantz. if you like to play music very loud i would maybe look for more power than the 351A.
x2000 was not an appropriate guy , the only reason I chose is to have a centralized guy for all AV needs .. TV/Cable/Laptop.. and even the Google Chrome device works on it .
4 - 5 days with x2000 + PSB Imagine ( STEREO ) I am happy .. PSB Imagine T2's are excellent true sound speakers ... ..
The new buff about External DAC's ... is that real worth ... to pair with a AVR's which already ahve good DAC ..have good audio DAC
If you want an AVR, then I would suggest the NAD T758.
IMO those will sound better than the X2000.
I am very happy with PSB Imagine T2's . But feels a dedicated setup will produce more results than the current AVR Denon x2000 for stereo.
How about NAD 546BEE + NAD 326BEE for the PSB's . NAD player can play .mp3 as well and it has dedicated Dual-Configuration DAC .
Will I see considerable improvement ?
