hi, i have just bought Onkyo Tx-NR626 to replace my old Onkyo Home Theater System HT-S6200 (7.1) My question is, can i use the same speaker of HT-S6200 as so far i could not able to have the same sound as i use to get on HT-S6200 using Audyssey setup mic. My speaker has following configuration :-

SKF-670 L/R 2-Way Front Speakers
• 4" (10 cm) cone woofer
• 1" (2.5 cm) Balanced dome tweeter
• Max. input power:130 W
• 6-ohm impedance

SKC-670 2-Way Center Speaker
• 4" (10 cm) cone woofer
• 1" (2.5 cm) Balanced dome tweeter
• Max. input power:130 W
• 6-ohm impedance

SKR-670 L/R Full-Range Surround Speakers
SKB-670 L/R Full-Range Surround Back Speakers

• 3-1/4" (8 cm) Full-Range Speaker
• Max. input power:130 W
• 6-ohm impedance

SKW-770 Bass Reflex Powered Subwoofer
• 10" (25 cm) cone
• Output Level Control
• Max. power:290 W

my room size is 14' x 12'

thanks in advance for any advice/feedback!

Is the subwoofer working?

I am thinking the sub you have might be a passive sub.

Yes, the sub woofer is working..but the bass sometimes is too heavy that skakes my room while watching movie. By the way what is passive?
